Pavees

Pavees also known as Irish Travellers are traditionally normadic people of Irish origin. They have often been subject to discrimination. Many Irish Travellers live in caravans on unauthorised encampments or on Traveller sites. In this series of images I have followed a group of Travellers from London to photograph a very colorful, warm, and vibrant part of their cultural identity.
